Construção modular
A série de parafusos duplos XINDA PSHJ é construída em um sistema modular. A principal vantagem deste projeto modular são as configurações versáteis. As tarefas de processamento podem ser realizadas de maneira ideal com apenas algumas variações de barril e parafuso.
Barril de concha de molusco
O barril pode ser aberto em minutos. Isso torna a troca, manutenção e pesquisa de produtos rápida e fácil.
Seção do barril - controlada separadamente
O princípio modular do barril permite sequenciamento preciso para cada aplicação. A temperatura de cada seção do barril pode ser definida separadamente. Os reservatórios do aquecedor elétrico fornecem aquecimento, o resfriamento é obtido com água. Os barris, bem como os parafusos e elementos de amassar, são feitos de aço nitreto na versão padrão; a versão resistente ao desgaste é feita de materiais adequados, correspondentes aos respectivos requisitos.
